I have been having to reboot my router every week since upgrading my broadband to full fibre. Ive been a sky customer for 22yrs had a new router installed about 4 months back everything was fine. Changed to full fibre 1 month ago & its awful. Shouldn't have to reboot each morning twice last week.

This is unavoidable but can be incovenient.

I was told there is a known issue with full fibre. They will be rolling out fixes/updates oct/nov. In the mean time he put me an ethernet cable from my sky q box to the router. Apparently this should stop the Internet dropping like it has. Nope 1 week later & im still having to reset my router. I was told to unplug router & ethernet cable for 10 minutes. This will send a signal to sky showing your having problems. If not sky have no clue theres a problem. Oct/nov roll out for fix we shall wait & see.
