I'm a new Sky customer (recently moved house). We have some smart bulbs that I'd like to connect to our hub. I've followed some of the online posts about changing to 2.4GHZ but still can't manage to get them connected (completely IT illiterate). Tried ringing Sky - not able to speak to anyone to try to resolve. Why do they make assumptions that people can troubleshoot and sort IT problems themselves?
