In the ME7 4 area and continually having broadband & wifi issues. Service & equiptment is appearing to be ok on any checks done, however the actual service is slow at best when it does connect. I've done all the usual turn offs, unplugs, waits & turn ons... still rubbish! I've rung in numerous times to be told there is no issue. Had text messages to say an issue had been resolved. Been told I have to call in everytime there is an issue, which I have. Nothing is changing. Any ideas?
