On my Sky App, it says problem with WiFi (yes, it feels very unresponsive and slow) - yet, when conducting test through the App, it says no issues found - why say there's an issue, feels like there's an issue- then report no issue??

@ROJ there. Are limits to what Sky tests can tell you so you are better trouble shooting WiFi issues yourself. Use a mobile phone and run a simple speedtest (loads of apps but Ookla or Fast work quite well) at various points around your home. You are kikely to see quite a lot of variation as WiFi signals lose power eaxh time they pass through axsolid object and are blocked by metal. Another yseful app is WiFi Sweetspots that measures the speed of the WiFi link to the hub in your home rather than the speed back to a server somewhere on the internet.

Moving your hub so it is not on the floor or behund kit can help a lot but in msny homes you will need somecform of booster or extender to get fast wifi in rooms away from tge hub.
