    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mines been the same the last week. 4/5 times around 7-8pm, it cuts off. Getting quite frustrated with it as the app checker service says everything is fine when it clearly isn't!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>WiFi isn't working. Says my signal strength is excellent but I've got no internet access and none of my devices are connecting to the WiFi box. Mobiles, tablets, or Xbox.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting the router if that doesn't work then you'll need to contact Sky to get an engineer booked to fix the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
