If you have Sky WiFi Max then additional WiFi Pods can be provided by contacting Sky and an engineer visit arranged if you need more than 1 Sky Max Pod. If you're not on Sky Max, then wireless is usually the concern of the customer.

Since moving to sky our internet has been much worse. WIFI slow, tv often pauses (spinning circle) main puck has to be unplugged daily as keeps pixelating. Tried all the things your advice says, no change. Will go back to BT when contract ends unless it improves. Can you send an engineer out?
