Check you have your hub in the best place which is on a surface well away from other electrical gear above obstructions like radiators. You may need to buy a loner Ethernet cable to link your hub to the ONT unit the engineer fitted. You dont need anything special. Ethernet cables are easily bought in varios lengths on-line, at hardware shops or most larger supermarkets.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesnt help consider upgrading to Sky's WiFi. Max bundlecwhich can provide extender pods to improvecthe WiFi signal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
