    <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently had an issue where Sky had to get BT to fix a problem with us being able to use our Landline Phone (ramdomly we lost our dialtone, couldn't make or receive calls).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That problem has been resolved, however it seems too much of a co-incidence that we now seem to be incurring a higher amount of drop outs with our Fibre Broadband, which happens maybe once or twice a day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance would be appreciated. Usually connectivity is restored within 5 or so minutes, but obviously it's a bit of a frustration when working from home, and usually having several conference calls during a day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;</description>
