&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However the issue with the issue of conectivity stopping with the voice light going amber is a well known problem caused by an intermittent fault with the server node managing your connection. Sky are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it but with numerous servers often in remote locations managing around 6 million customers a few go flaky. &amp;nbsp;If the unit serving your location is affected you can get repeated issues. There is nothing I am aware of that can stop this happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
