I've only just got my Sky Max Hub, and it hasn't worked to start off with. The green light comes up and down, rather than flashing or anything. When I use the service checker, it tells me the issue is with my wifi, and that it thinks my wifi is turned off. When I try to go to the settings to turn it on, as recommended, I just get a technical error message. I've tried unplugging it and putting it back in, and resetting it, to no avail. Don't seem to have any options to fix it
