topic New SKY modem causing Network drive issues in Broadband

I Changed broadband supplier to sky after many years with another supplier, However since installing the new SRT213 router I cannot connect to my NAS Drive correctly. My NAS drive is a WD Mycloud 2TB device and is plugged into the router on one of the four ethernet ports, as is my desktop. My Smart TV is also connected to the network via a cable rather than Wifi. I store music and videos on the NAS drive and can watch them without issue on my TV, however I cannot add or remove files via my desktop to the NAS drive. The desktop sees the NAS drive as a network device but wont allow me to add or remove files. This has only happened since changing over to the new SKY router. Port forwarding seems to be a common issue on these pages, but I dont know if its my issue, or how to set it up.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Is there any error messages or suggestions from WD? If your desktop can see the NAS drive and access existing files Its hard to see how the Sky router can be at fault.
