    <description>&lt;P&gt;update.&amp;nbsp; I have 2 laptops and 1 phone on the network, no streaming of films, music and no gaming.&amp;nbsp; I user&amp;nbsp; It has now dropped to 2.68download and 16.68 upload.&amp;nbsp; I work from home so this is an issue.&amp;nbsp; Can sky answer please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That makes sense, and the VPN would also have been preventing access to the Hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
