The avccount holder can change the settings in the My Sky app under Broadband/Product Settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Issues with wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've been having issues with our wifi / broadband over the last couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Speedtest shows download and upload speed are as expected, but we can't load most social media sites. For example Facebook tells me i have no internet connection and tik tok won't load more than one video.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried rebooting the router, and it has 4 solid green lights, so not sure what to try next!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
