I've tried to rectify this with Sky, but their automated customer service is shockingly bad.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so they will supply extenders to improve speeds but you will have to persevere with their phone system to getthrough to an agent, dont accept offers of texts etc and you should be put through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However do read the terms of the WiFi guarantee because it may not be quite what you think it is see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
