    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have had no broadband connection or phone connection for 24 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;several people who live within a 10 mile radius have reported similar on a Facebook forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky helpdesk are unhelpful- just sending an engineer out ... on Oct 9th !!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue is not in my house , it must be external for so many others to have same problem simultaneously. .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I managed to get a BT OPENREACH number from the help desk but they will not talk to me and told me to contact provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Going round in circles, any advice please to escalate this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
