    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been having a problem with my internet connection. My personal and work laptops have both had issues since yesterday where certain websites cannot be reached (shows 'webpage not reached' error)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other websites work fine and the problem does not seem to be affecting my work or personal phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem has now progressed and my work laptop will not connect to the internet at all. I have already taken the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted all devices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cleared cache on devices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried using incognito mode and different browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked for updates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Flushed DNS on both devices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of these have worked. I work from home and therefore really need the issue resolved to do my job. Please let me know if you have any advice&lt;/P&gt;</description>
