With the black hubs hold the reset pin in until the power LED fkashes which can gake 20 seconds. On the white hubs you need to hold the WPS button in until the msin LED flashes green rapidly which takes up to 30 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should only need to reset the hub rarely if the line is down (&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;) then a reset wont restore it ifva standard restart didnt. You need to report the line fault to Sky - the online tests reports the last routine test not the current position.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
