Very slow upload speed

My contract with sky recently ended and when i went to renew I chose to add in sky tv and they sent me a new white router (my old one was black and I had it since 2019). I had previously had no problems whatsoever, the speed was always fast.

For my work I run online courses so have to upload videos onto wix, have never had any problems til I got this new router. I have a video that is only 1.1gb and it takes all day to get to around 75% uploaded then says network failure.

Also when I'm loading websites now they lag and take so much longer to load and videos can sometimes be blurry.

It's annoying as I used to pay around £31 a month, I'm now paying £56.50 a month for slower internet speed and I dont even watch anything on sky.

I've done the tests on the app and it says all is fine, but it clearly isn't.

Any help is much appreciated as this is affecting my work.

Could you run a speed test using an ethernet device on fast.com

Don't know if it makes any difference but my laptop is 19, my phone 13 and my ipad 8.8mbps

I have closed all the windows on all of them, the tv isnt on anywhere in my house either.
