No internet access from hub despite all service checkers on Sky website etc saying everything is all good. iPhone and iPad connect to wifi but with the orange "no internet acces" error code. Whatsapp works on phone somehow but nothing else (skygo, skysports app, safari etc.) and neither my PC or TV can connect to the internet. However strangely, Netflix and Prime works but Disney+ doesn't?

Swapped network cables out and changed ports connecting hub to BT Openreach modem, still no change. All lights on my Sky Hub are on (power, wifi, internet) as are the lights on my BT modem (Port On/Off flicker, LOS Off, PON On and power On). Tried Resetting the hub, the modem and resetting both at the same time. Unplugged from mains and re-connected, still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas?? First time having an issue with Sky Broadband, been solid for the past year since going for Broadband Ultrafast Plus.

Sky DNS is down. If you login to router page you will see primary and secondary DNS is 0.0.0.0

Changing iPad DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 will fix it, same with Sky q box
