ONT power cable missing

I have moved into a new property and the ONT power cable is missing. I'm assuming the previous tenants took it. I have called sky and I was told that I need to purchase a new cable from a third party, as sky does not provide them. I'm a bit confused and want to make sure that's the case and which one to buy before I purchase one and then find out it might not be the right one.

That was about halfway correct: ISPs don't replace Openreach ONT PSUs but they should book Openreach to do so.

Is it possible to arrange that somehow online myself or I would have to call sky again and insist for them to contact openreach to solve it? Thank you for you time and help

I am in the same predicament as Bea92, the PSU for the ONT is missing. I am happy to purchase the PSU from a third party, but would want to make sure it is the right one. I think the ONT is a nokia one (see picture).

@MartinoBa the ONT belongs to Openreach and they will need to supply a compatable replacement power supply. You need to talk to Sky so they can get that done. Quite why people take the power supply with them when they move is a mystery.

I also have a missing ONT power cable in my new home and wanted to get this sorted asap as our WiFi is set to be activated tomorrow and we have a SkyGlass TV, which therefore will not work without WiFi... Please can someone help.
