Run the full broadband connection test in the My Sky app ignore the intial result if it tells you everything is fine as the full test can book an engineer if it thinks one is required.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Loss of connection fir a few minutes around 2.30am is likely to be the DLM system resetting the line to maintain a stable connection which is what it should be doing. If you get line drops during the day report them to Sky but whether thry can get Openreach out will depend on the number of drops and what tge DLM system is doing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
