We were happy with our broadband and had the opportunity to upgrade to Fibre earlier this year. We did so. The installation was fine, except for the white protective cover outside not being put on properly and is now falling off. We have had to get a new router as the wi-fi kept dropping and now it's not as stable as it was, and is not fully available in all rooms. How do we go about fixing this? Doesn't Sky have a guarantee that it will be in all rooms?

u@Sheq Sky have a whole home WiFi gurantee but you need to read it carefully https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee as it is effectively a means of selling an add-on like Sky WiFi Max which does guarantee a minimum 25Mb/s in every room in your home for Ultrafast customers (10Mb/s if you buy Superfast). However again read the small print as they are not saying you will certainly get those speeds but you will be refunded the supplementary cost if they can't meet the speed.
