      <title>Inconsistent broadband coverage.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are having intermittent drops in WiFi/broadband coverage. TVs, Xbox and iPads dip out and stop working. This is very frustrating for my children as it spoils games and programmes. I will not be looking to renew in May if this continues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I was reassured when I signed up for this package this would not happen; that was a lie and a broken promise; not good customer service SKY.
