      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no internet connection. There is a message coming up in the tv stating no connection. My Husband is working from home and is losing connection. I have completed a reset on the black hub box with no success. I have logged into My Sky app and done a test for connection which is stating everything is fine.       <description>Hi, same situation for me, I've called Sky twice done the same tests &amp;amp; answered the same questions twice, one advisor sent me a new router, then when this didn't solve anything 2nd advisor said it's nothing to do with router you need an engineer but can't come for a week, we are going away in a week so appointment booked in for end of October. So in all we will be without Internet for a month. Been with Sky 21 years and gutted they can't offer better help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;</description>
