    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem and there is no way of contacting anyone to resolve the issue. I've tried calling the customer services number&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;but couldn't get anywhere and they just tell you to do the steps mentioned above which doesn't work, as at the end it just says everything is working when it's not. Extremely frustrating as I should be working from home right now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our internet won't work. The services that use internet on the TV won't work and we get a message saying it doesn't look like we are connected to the internet. The WiFi on our mobile phones also won't work and the only way to use the internet on them is to use our data. I have checked our connection on the app and it says there is no issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
