      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open the sky app,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to and click on &lt;STRONG&gt;product settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Sky Max Hub&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the bottom, click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Advanced Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port Forwarding and DMZ are there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other settings, you'll need to login to the router the traditional way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Type 192.168.0.1 in your Web browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login Name = admin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Password = (WiFi password on the bottom of the sky hub)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4192235"&gt;@Metis&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again, I've accessed my router and the settings were already disabled but it won't let me change the DMZ settings or port forwarding on the router and when I open the my sky app there is no sky max hub when I check my product settings it's just broadband shield and internet security that shows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i just tried a hard reset on my router as well as deleting and re downloading the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else I can try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is one work around swimming around in my head, but haven't tested it as I don't use vpn.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Warning!! It's only my personal theory, not sky's. You will only be relying on the laptops firewall for protection!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn off the WiFi on your work laptop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplug the ethernet cable from port 4 on the back of the sky hub, and plug it into the ethernet port on the laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test if you have Internet access, if it works, try and connect using vpn.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
