I'm afraid Sky Broadband is a domestic service and working from home does not afford you a priority service.

I've had major broadband issues this week (disconnecting every 5-15 minutes) and I requested an engineer visit on Sunday but still have not been provided with a date. Is it possible to push this forward/escalate? I work from home and work has been incredibly challenging with me losing/wasting time trying to get things done.

Apologies I sounded more blunt than I meant to be. It's just been a difficult week (and internet has been rough for a year) and I'm unable to upgrade to better broadband due to my address (not eligible). It was more is it possible for me to chase in any way because every time I try to fix the issue on the app, it says it can't as an engineer is coming, but have had no updates so a bit lost. I understand many others in same boat.
