      <title>Router Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi been trying to contact Sky since Friday when my fibre was installed to get somebody to send me a new router and or ring me back to deal with my complaint!!!&amp;nbsp; Any ideas???&amp;nbsp; I am now nearly into my 5th day without service and all I can get is an automated service.&amp;nbsp; Calls never get answered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They keep telling me to trouble shoot online - I CANNOT GET ONLINE - I rely on wifi calling at home and am now at the point of desperation and considering cancelling both my broadband and TV service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a promised call today never happened!!!!&amp;nbsp; absolutely shocking customer service.&amp;nbsp; If anyone has a secret email address or phone number can they message it to me please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
