      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I’m having network issues connecting with my work laptop, they use ZScaler VPN(can't be disabled.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Pages don't load and I get the error: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Work IT say it's a Sky Issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I’ve tried the following on call with a Sky Agent:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Reset router with WPN Button on side&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Disable/re-enable sky shield&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Turn off IPv6 on laptop&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Used wifi and ethernet&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Restarted work Laptop&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Changed WIFI Security to WPA2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;none of this made a difference.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Reading online I’ve seen Sky Agents from the tech team change the router config: &lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Zscaler-not-authenticating/m-p/4747217" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Zscaler-not-authenticating/m-p/4747217&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Is this something that can be done?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Best Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Additional Info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a Sky Max hub with Gigabit Internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;connected via ethernet but have tried wifi too, same issue persists.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It could be MAP-T, try enabling UPnP in the hubs settings, this will force you back to a 1:1 IP mapping&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It should be pretty instant but try giving it 15mins then reboot your hub and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
