Does anyone know what's going on with broadband in Orpington area? I'm trying to work from home and mine and neighbours in the street have no connection

Same here just a pulsating green light on the hub

Used service checker and no use states that no issue apart from my WiFi is switched off and to sign in to fix and when I try this I get a message stating no devices connected so I am unable to.

No idea. I can't find that option. And when I do the service status check online it's says everything is ok! My neighbour has said he is with Vodafone and he can see there's a broadband issue in our area. Apart from VM, they all use the BT Openreach network apparently but I can't find anything for them either!

Am on the phone to sky now. Apparently nothing showing the system as an outage?! Currently on hold!!!!!

They are sending an open reach engineer to the area. SLA for fix is 2 days.. awesome!

Same thing they told me. I have implored them to make super urgent as quite a number of us are affected. Hopefully, they can send an engineer in the next few hours.

@Ed43 Openreach work to their own priorities unfortunately but area faults are checked out but how long it takes to get the service back up depends on what the fault is a minor issue can take hours a major one like a car taking out a street cabinet a couple of weeks.

The 2 working day SLA is met in 80% of cases and beyond that you will be compensated see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
