    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We applied for new Broadband internet connect and received the new White Sky wifi routed. We received message, connection is activated but we followed the connection troubelshooting steps, it is showing there in problem in connecting between&amp;nbsp; Sky hub and Sky Router. We tried all the possible troubleshooting steps multiple times. But no luck. We need to some help from sky team on fixing this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have only phone cable connection in Open reach.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I forgot to tell you this, we already using other service provider talk talk by connecting in same openreach sky hub port without any issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We applied for sky broadband connection. Does it causing the issue when existing connection is still working and preventing other new Sky Service provider connection. I am not sure about this. But just want to tell that the existing connection from my end. There is a case open from Sky end but I don't see any progress on that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
