Connected today not working, app check says activation and wifi working. Hub flashing orange

All shows wifi working, but I have no devices connected so not sure if that is right

Have had historical issue trying to connected so querying if address is correct and address not mixed up with neighbour like previous

Using broadband cable 2 in master socket 5c so querying if that should work also

@RobertGran if your line is being activated today the flashing amber implies the wirk is not yet complete. activations can happen at any time up until midnight. The notification often comes through some hours before the dnginerrs complete the work. Your Sky hub will produce a WiFi signal but your devices will not connect to the internet until the connection is complete.

Thanks for getting back to me

The Sky app shows activation js complete from this morning and is also saying the problem is router

Why would broadband test in app say everything setup when it is not?
