I am in High Wycombe and mine has gone down as well but seems to pass all the checks on the app so no solution.

Been unplugging and plugging router for the past 30/40 mins so I guess it's a problem everywhere and not just me but sky diagnosis says must be problem with my socket or hub

I'm having the issue too just outside Edinburgh in Scotland, every check I do is telling me my service is fine but I've got no internet light and the voice light is orange

Mines the same and I'm from South Yorkshire. Does this nearly every 3 days and when I test it it says everything looks good.
