      <description>&lt;P&gt;Complaint&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have had no&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;internet today, the hub is all correct and lit up, however there is no connection at all.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;terrible service I have only just joined&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
