      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my internet is not working at all both my router and ONT are switched on however none of devices are finding my wifi signal. I have tried switching the router off and back on and have checked with sky app which is saying no connection issues in my local area. Can you help please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
