No WIFI CONNECTION

Hi I woke up this morning to no WiFi. Unable to watch tv. Done all the usual restarting etc. Still nothing and wife address not appearing on the screen to connect. Check the connection on the wall and 3 out of 4 lights on. The light not on is LOS Any advice please

@Diane80What colour are the lights on the router and which one is not on?

I have the new white router and the light is white which is correct. When I look at the open reach box on the wall there's 4 lights green. 3 lights lit apart from the LOS which has no colour

@Diane80 That is how it should look on the ONT. If you have no Wi-Fi connection are you talking about that your devices cannot see the Wi-Fi name at all?

No WiFi name coming up and tried to add manually and said could not connect.

The LOS light is always lit green in the past

@Diane80 Can you please try and factory reset the router to see if this brings back the Wi-Fi name on your devices.
