      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4195517"&gt;@Aga2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;there is a fsult where the white hubs are not transmitting their SSID to devices so they can connect despite the hub showing a white connected light. if thst is your issue the&amp;nbsp;fix for the white hub is to do a factory reset. Press and hold in the wps button on the right edge of the hub for up to 30 seconds releasing it when the led on the front starts flashing rapidly green. Once restarted the hub should be back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've read some previous comments and tried to reset it by pressing reset button at the back for 20s no luck. I also tried pressing button on the side still nothing. Any other ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
