Over the past 2 days my wifi has been very slow and in some cases non existent. Myself and my son both work from home, he has used an extended cable to log his laptop in but I dont have another cable to help with my computer and do not have any WiFi to work today! I've checked with yourselves via the online checker and it keeps saying everything is fine and I have a speed checker on my phone. I should have gaurentee speeds of 60.0mb/s and today it's 9.5mbs but your checker keeps telling me it's good, it's definitely not good. Please help I need to run payroll in a couple of days and need this fixing urgently.

@ClaireF30 picking up an ethernet cable is very easy as almost every hardware store and most larger supermarkets sell them and that is the best solution for working from home.

You are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but iffy wifi is an incredible common problem forum members answer. Wifi is great when it works but loads of things can break it. Assuming your connection is fine then check the position of your hub make sure it is out in the open and on a surface above obvious obstructions like radiators. Beyond thst things get more complicated as wifi signal strength reduces when it passes thetough walls the denser the material the more signal is lost and tge layout and type of construction of your home is outside Sky's control. The other factor is interference from other networks which maybe your problem.
