Change eco mode to none as shown below

The internet connection drops out between 2am and 6 am every night, but comes back on again. I am not technically minded.

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, followed by Standby mode and select the setting

And change eco mode to none

Hello again, I have put the settings on NONE and apparently it still went off at 2.30 last night. This is in my holiday cottage and they are connected to our internet for their supply. It is an american couple and they are up all night watching stuff.....

we are having so much trouble with our internet all the time i even Upgraded and still no good
