    <description>Had the engineer earlier today. I have waited for the email to say the internet it activated. When trying to setup the TV to WiFi. When pressing the WPS button to connect them, the voice light on the router turned orange and no it says I have no internet. The TV won't setup without the internet connection either. I have followed the online guide all the way to resetting the router but it still won't turn on and the voice light is still orange.</description>
