We are having the same issue... the app is saying there is a fault and when we run diagnostics, it tells us that everything is fine but we still can't connect

Ours is the same. Was working fine up until half an hour ago. App says all is fine but no devices in the house can see it or connect to it. Installed this morning and has been fine all day.

I have the same issue. I had it installed today and when I search on any of my devices I can't find or connect to it. If I run a check it says everything is fine. Funnily enough, my Sky Glass TV has stopped working too. I can't even turn it on. It's very frustrating.......
