    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4187777"&gt;@Katiebodle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if your hub is showing it has lost its connection and the online connection test in the My Sky app isnt showing that Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line you will have to call them to report the issue. Unfortunately there has been a major outage on their Sky Stream service so lines are very busy today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
