      <description>&lt;P&gt;This would be hilarious if it wasn't really annoying &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just received this text message (the bottom one):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_2939.png" style="width: 1284px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/103704iAEC33BA7A2667803/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_2939.png" alt="IMG_2939.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I click on the link and get this:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_2940.png" style="width: 1284px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/103705i70801ED1AE954134/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_2940.png" alt="IMG_2940.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well? This really isn't a good start, and I'm minded to cancel and switch back to BT if thus is the way it's going to be... &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
