If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4172612"&gt;@Boss_Weasel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Is your broadband working, but having problems or is it off totally at this time?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
