topic Persistant WiFi Issues in Broadband

I am having frequent WiFi Issues. I work from home and am constantly having the WiFi drop out whilst I am on calls and it takes a good while for it to come back on again. Yet when I run tests online there are no issues detected. In the evenings we are finding Netflix/Disney TV app spinning. It has got to the stage we will be looking to change to another company if this doesn't stop. Can someone please help get to the bottom of this? Thanks

@NatalieRoss wifi signal strentg depends on the layout and type of of construction of your home so each home is different. Assuming your hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators then you sound like you need additional WiFi kit.

Sky will sell you an add-on like Sky WiFi Max which can give you up to 3 extender units if they are required at around £7.50 a month or you can buy your own third party kit if you prefer.
