      <title>New  broadband set up not worked</title>

      <description>Hello, We setxup our sky broadband last week and at the start it was working fine (although it did not reach round the entire property and it is a small 2 bed flat). Since yesterday, the wifi has not worked at all and it does not appear in any devices available wifi list.</description>
