    <description>So my disconnection date was 5 days ago and my WiFi is still connected. Contacted sky when had an issue connecting my new service to be told they couldn't stop the disconnection so i went with someone else. Seems they have not disconnected on the date noted on my account. Any ideas how to handle this?</description>
