My internet has gone off since an open reach engineer was out front up telephone pole doing some work for someone else, I quickly spoke to the guy to say what ever he's done up there has turned my services off so he checked and had knocked the connector which he sorted, I now have two green lights on my ONT but the PON is flashing constantly and I'm getting no services now, the engineer that was out front has gone now. What's going on?

I have the same issue. It seems that the Internet was knocked down in the whole Riverchapel, Gorey area.
