How is the device connected to the hub via cable? Is it direct or through something like powerline, switches etc? I have the 500mb/s package and a Sky Max hub (the white one). I have been through all troubleshooting steps, tried calling but only could speak to a robot and am now lost for what to do. Service checker says it's completely fine no problems. Would like some pointers to the right direction as what I need to do to fix the issue.
