      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone in Sky help in less than 3 days? I have broken FTTP service, so no Internet or TV. Sky support just want to know what lights are on and keep resetting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Refuse to connect me to a manager or network support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So can't work, can't do home work and can't even watch TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
